AM2 abit problems

I was stupid and bought am2 pretty much a week after it came out. It has a problem with the bios (what the board came with and rev. 12) that if any card is in a pci slot the cpu load jumps to 70+ and stays there. Even without any card it runs good except for the fact that it takes XP home about 1:30 seconds to boot (yes i timed it) and i lost about 10fps on CS:S stress test and i was upgrading from a low end s754 rig. My 754 rig and am2 use the same vid card but like i said i lost 10fps. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Edit: forgot to mention i have the 570 sli edition
 
yeah twice because i found out that the bios blows and any expansion card makes the cpu load spiek to 70+constant
