Playing madden 2008(360) online. I will also mention that im horrible at this shit.
Im getting rolled on the score was 35-0 and hes talking all this shit over the mic, saying its gonna be 50-0 and all this bullshit.

The score is 42-0 now and hes on my 8 yardline saying how hes gonna score and go for 2.
I get an interception and run it back for the td, get on the mic and say eat that sh*t bitch and than proceed to disconnect myself from xbl.
My friend witnessed it and said i was a puss for doing it.
I honestly dont see how im in the wrong

yes that is pretty lame. i would have left you bad feedback if you did that. but then again i wouldn't have been running my mouth to you either.
 
Thats the thing, if he was cool about it and just talking smack in general I would have gave him that win.

i rarely use the mic if it's not a team based game. ive had my mic in sometimes when playing sf2 cause I've met some cool people on there.

the quick mute in halo 3 is by far the best feature added to it! :thumbsup:

Wow... I think there's only been 4 people that I've left bad feedback for due to communication. 1 because he was rapping the entire game (and he was BAD), and the other 3 because they spent the whole game making fun of me because I told them not to yell into their microphones. I didn't particularly care that a bunch of children were making fun of me, but they were focused more on making fun of me than on winning the game, and we lost. 🙂

WTF man!? I've gotten into at least 3 different games in the last 2 days with people who thought they could rap. One was 2 friends, and one said to the other: "Yo steven drop a freestyle, yo!" and he proceeded with a really retarded "rap" i guess you could say.

Then one kid started asking me about my gamertag and i was ignoring him because he was obviously 12 and getting on my nerves. So when I didn't reply to him he called me a stupid racist bitch!?

I've given bad feedback to a ton of people. The main reason I do it is so I don't get stuck in matchmaking with them again. At least you aren't supposed to. And I give good feedback to the people with good teamwork. I'm hoping that eventually it will help some 😛
 
I've given bad feedback to a couple of people, namely those who try and talk shit after the match is over. It annoys me, so I take time out of my busy matchmaking to put a ding on their record. Not that my one bad feedback will ever even be noticed by them, but I know I feel better after I do it. 😀

So yeah what is the deal with rapping? Playing Halo3 I always get people rapping while we are waiting for the game to start and they are all bad. It seems like the new fad.

Skate is the only game where I seem to not get stuck with jerks and retards when I play online.

burnout is probably the game I've run into the least idiots on. usually they are some europeans who are just having a good time and half the time are drinking.

A friend keeps telling me I should play Halo 3... reading stuff like this makes me glad I've left it on my shelf 😱. The only 360 game I've played online is Uno and I must admit, some nice fellows playing that game.

This is XBL, and it'll always be XBL. I'd feel no remorse doing what you did.

I don't blame the OP at all, either. I was playing a game of halo 3 yesterday and this idiot thought it was funny to shoot my shield off before I went into battle a few times, so I was killed immediately.

Let's just say he kept losing shields and dying immediately for the rest of the game. He never knew I was doing it, but it sure was funny as hell on High Ground to sit up beside the Spartan laser and shoot off his shields with a carbine and watch him die over and over and over.

I normally don't do things like that but sometimes I get pissed off enough to take action.
 
I wouldn't worry about it. He sounds like a 12 year old little bitch. Plenty of them on PC FPS games too. :thumbsdown:

heh thats happened to me before, whats worse is when doing oddball peopel kill you when you are no where near the dude with the ball nor do you have it

i actually ran into people that were basicially cheating, im guessing they were friends, 1 would pick up the skull and the rest would just protect him, got really old really fast

if there is 1 person dominating and then everyone else is close, it benefits the people in 2nd/3rd place to just try and let the 1 person win the game because if you are in t he top 3 spots (in lone wolf) your rank will increase and you get EXP points. some people only care about ranking up, and if you know you are beat, mine as well try to make sure you go out in 2nd/3rd instead of going out in 4th/5th.

Exactly. Anybody that disconnects from a game gets bad feedback from me.

It's especially bad in madden, where the idiots make you finish the game against the computer in order to get full credit for a win. That's so stupid, if I wanted to play the computer I wouldn't be online.
