I watched a scat video once. I'm not into it and, while there's a lot that I'd be willing to try at least once, the very thought of scat completely turns me off and makes me want to vomit.

but I knew the guy in the video and my morbid curiosity got the better of me.

it haunts me to this day.

there's pretty much 0 chance it was fake... he filmed himself shitting, rubbing it all over his face/body, and then eating it. and this was like 1 of 15 clips he filmed D:
