Not that i am against the death penalty, but it seems everyone here is excited as hell to see him die. I don't like seeing anyone dying, and just showing him sitting there in court knowing he'll die makes me feel kinda crappy. Why's everyone so damn excited to see a human being killed? i don't disagree with him being hanged but the general mood everywhere is of excitement. why don't we just build a coliseum and watch people get hanged publicly? lol...

just an observation. kinda weird.

They guy is pure evil, so yes I am happy to see this shitbag off the face of the earth. DO you need a refresher on some of his many murders? There are tons of videos and stories out there.

He murdered many people in cold blood. Regardless of the politics, he deserves to die. Am I happy? No. Is justice being served? Yes.

Funny, the thought of Saddam getting hanged cheers me up! It's too bad that he's not getting gassed by some Kurds instead, though... THAT would have been poetic justice.

Is this a public execution and is it being broadcasted on some middle eastern tv channel. Also will there be any streaming video of this?

I agree Sadam is a bad man.....but his war planning has succeded....I recall one of his interviews where he said if he was not the way he is...Iraq would be 3-different countries.

We are in fact loosing the war in Iraq

If anyone films this with a camera, you know that it will show up on YouTube pretty quickly. Hopefully with a matching soundtrack :)

I think there are some leftist sissies over in P&N that are pretty upset too... Something about conspiracy and his rights. I dozed off about 5 posts into it, sorry.
