I hope I'm not.

The Republicans chose another 4 years of tyranny and the death of liberty when they nominated Willard Romney.

We could've had Dr. Paul as President now if it weren't for that wasteful piece of dog shit Mitt Romney.

Dr. Paul would've handed Obama's ass a huge defeat, with Dr. Paul winning at least 51% of the popular vote, possibly as much as 55%.

I'll admit the anti-war left has "lain dormant" since Obama took office in 2009 and would've voted for Obama no matter what, but Obama would've gotten no more than 2/3 of the black American vote had he ran against Dr. Paul (Dr. Paul was supported by the people of Southeastern Newport News in the primary)... Obama got 90% thanks to the stupidity of Lincoln's Party. Dr. Paul would've gotten nearly all the votes from Republicans that Romney got except for idiotic pieces of dog shit like Bill Kristol who either wouldn't have voted or would've just had to take back in the shit he talks by voting for Obama.

Obama would've gotten a .5-1 percentage point boost from Wall Street had he ran against Dr. Paul. But then Dr. Paul would've got 1% from those voting for the Libertarian Party. Then black americans were ~15% of the vote, and 15% of 23%age point more than Romney would've meant +3% percentage points for Dr. Paul compared to Romney. So that would've earned Dr. Paul to at least 51.8%.

Special thanks to:
those of you supported Dr, Paul.

Double fuck you to those who supported Obama's tyranny by voting for Romney.

You are truly insane. I long for past times when you would have been under lock and key.

Blame President Bush for President Obama.

He could've made sure that one of two plans thought up by a special forces team to get Bin Laden early on was approved. Bin Laden could've died a mere few years after 9/11 and President Bush would've had all the political capital he ever dreamed of.

I just can't understand how the Paulbots can be in such denial that they believe the man who can't win his own district, who couldn't get more than 10% of the GOP vote, would somehow run away with the election.

These people should be studied.

It is better a democrat is in office. At some point the welfare gravy train is going to stop... willfully or not. To keep anandtech P&N bandwidth available... having a democrat make the cuts will mean about 32,000 fewer threads about evil republicans.

Once you have 47% of the voting populace directly benefiting from a certain political party in office the system is doomed.

People don't vote based on what's best for the country, they vote for what's best for them and they're proud of that.

I agree that Ron Paul would have beat obama. Ron Paul should have been the GOP nominee but instead they gave romney who is another version of bush and obama.

Ron Paul would have won and could actually fix this country, remember he predicted the recession and our foreign policy making us less safe.

That's a bi-partisan problem.

Even had Romney not been in the GOP nominee race last year Ron Paul would not have won the GOP nomination. Based on the results from many states Rick Santorum would have been the nominee with Newt Gringrich in second and Ron Paul pulling up the rear just like he did anyway.

Obama won because 48% of voters are on the government dole in one way or another.

It would have been a landslide win for Obama had the race been against Ron Paul. Had Ron Paul been the GOP candidate I would have voted for a 3rd party candidate or for the first time since 1976 not voted at all.

santorum wouldn't have been the nominee, remember him along with all the other candidates enjoyed brief surges where they were the flavor of the month. Ron Paul would have easily defeated him in the debates since Ron Paul has actual ideas and supports the Constitution while santorum just spouts out talking points and rhetoric. He barely offered any real ideas during the time.

I hope the Republican party nominates Santorum. Any and every time that dipshit loses a race I smile and laugh at his social-conservative idiocy and how it costs him public office.

More people will be exclusively on the government dole in the future because the baby boom generation is retiring.

So you hate it when politicians don't sell out their principles to get elected? :hmm:

No, I enjoy seeing politicians lose when they deserve to lose... and Santorum deserves to lose, each and every time.

I'm glad he sticks to what he believes. His positions on social issues are highly unpopular so, accordingly, he deserves to lose.

While true of the Bush era, times are a changin' and I think your statement is dead wrong. We shall see.

Yeah, they're "a changin'" because there's a Marxist Kenyan Muslim in the White House. As soon as a Republican is in there, the GOP will let the good times roll once again.

What reason is there to think he's wrong?

He wants me to be. Does he need anything else?
