Am I the only one thinking Quake1 is the best FPS out there?

Except for the wussie, single barrel shotgun, I liked all of the Q1 weapons. I still have GLQuake (Yes, I know there's better versions like TomasQuake) installed on my machine. It was the first game that prompted me to finally get a 3d accelerator for my, then top of the line, P200MMX. Paid $149.95 or a Guillemot Maxi-Gamer Voodoo 1. Been on the 3d gaming kick ever since.
