Perhaps you are the only geek that does't care about anime... or one of the few. I think that they are interesting. There is so much that you can do with a cartoon character that you cannot do with a real character. Of course some animes are more interesting than others.

I enjoyed Ninja Scroll and Macross Plus immensely. Intend to see Spirited Away sometime. Did not enjoy Cowboy Bebop: Heaven's Gate in the least. The rest of the stuff bores me to tears too.
