Am I SOL on enermax PSU RMA?

their website says go to point of sale retailer, which really isn't possible since i bought this 330W over 2 years ago. moreoever, it is unlikely that my warranty still holds ... but dang, stupid PSU, it has trouble delivering power ;) 10.5 V on the 12V rail and i cannot support my drives. ( two of my drives are disconnected... poor thing )

Well, it doesn't hurt to contact the resellar. But its highly unlikely, time to shop around for a powersupply. I think i saw Antec True Power for under 60.00 in the FS/FT forum.

Not much is made in the USA now days but at least buy something that can be supported in the USA. Antec is in San Jose, CA. RMA is very easy and friendly.
Antec all the way dude. Enermax does not have manufacturer RMA which is terrible. Retailers are no good for RMA.

yep. and today i found out my usb ports aren't outputting enough amps to power my external usb hd. i just plugged it into the labs at school and it works. stupid psu. why must they be so expensive. its just a psu ...
