to get a '97 Altima transmission from a place in WI. I live in WA. Well, these guys cashed my check within a couple of days, and it's been a month now without any transmission. They "said" that the shipping label came off and they reshipped it. Well, that was 3 weeks ago. I talked to someone in the shipping department, and they said the tranny wasn't reshipped and was sitting in a facility in IL for a couple of weeks. Well, I confirmed that the tranny didn't arrive at my repairman's shop.

Is there anything that I could do to file a fraudulent claim? Or should I just kiss my hard-earned cash good-bye if I never see my transmission?
