I have 1 stick of 128 MB Crucial non-parity PC133 but i have no idea what any of the other specs are (i.e. CAS rating). Will I be fine if I just get a stick of Crucial PC133 CL2?

Try running your Current stick at cas2, if it works well (stable), then get the CAS2. If it doesnt, dont bother getting a CAS2 stick since you MUST run the 2 sticks together at the slowest speed anyway. It could be a waste of $.

check it again the Micron chip spec ...

or use Sisoft Sandra to tell, coz most of PC133 from Micron has SPD...
if not all...

Considering the diff between cas3 and 2 is only a few bucks per 64MB, I wouldn't worry about it too much and just get the Cas2 stuff.

thats what I was thinking. on the Crucial site there is no cost difference between CAS2 and CAS3. I just wanted to make sure that it would be allright to get the CAS2 if what I ended up having already was CAS3 and it sounds like it is.

Sorry I thought there is a major price difference between Cas3 and Cas2 :)

It is where I am living.
