personally think your more than gracious by offering to accept his return of the product. If the unit is in fact dead then you should take it back but it's his responsibility to pay the shipping and handling. If you look at the most E-tailers when you buy a product from them even if the product is dead they expect you to pay the shipping send it back to them for refund or replacement The only exceptions that I've found to this is Microsoft or Dell. however personally I would go ahead and split the shipping costs with him. I would not return the transaction fee's however. call it a "Restocking fee" ;).

actually I decided to give him the full refound excluding s/h. the "restockig fee" is part of s/h charge:) instead of splitting halfhalf:)

Although i meet a buyer like this, I am happy because I am right and there r ppl that sees my point, not just me arguing with the buyer and no matter what i said, i seem to be wrong:)

But my next auction BIDDER BEWARE!!! if the item is sold-as-is, it will be supplied with the defination of 'sold-as
is, not return, no exchange, refoudn...etc.." :) so bidders beware~~:)
