I would like to get a GOOD card for under 275 US$. My question is what is a good priced one? (i just want to know if 275$ is two much.)

275$

thats around where you should be able to find 6950's/560 ti.
Both are about equal in performance with slight advantage to 6950's (ref. stock vs stock).

So whichever you can find cheaper, is what your should grab.

The 6950 have the advantage, of almost always being able to unlock, which turns them into 6970's with a bios flash.

Grab one of these: (check your PSU first, make sure its around 500watts capable first though)

Radeon HD 6950 2GB for $234 after mail-in rebate:

That should be a nice fit for your cpu 🙂
and its a good price.

unlock, in this case, means you can turn the 6950->6970 with a bios flash, for free performance.
