Try coffee without cocoa. all of the sugar in cocoa will raise your blood sugar, then when the insulin kicks in it will crash your BS, and that's when you'll feel half-dead and want to sleep.Originally posted by: virtualgames0
I often drink it when I need to stay up all night. It doesn't seem to help at all, but instead the warmness makes me more tired. 😕
I drink a 24oz of hot cocoa with 2 tsp of coffee added to it.
Anyone else the same?

I saw this on the food channel. The lightly roasted coffee beans contain more caffiene. Have like 3012828432 cups of that. I stayed up 72 hours once on a dare. (dumbest thing evar!@!)

Same here I can drink a cup of coffee at 10 PM and go to bed at 11 PM whereas my ex cant drink coffee after 2 PM or she will stay awake until after 1 AM.

First, it's possible to sensitize your self to caffiene. I never noticed the stuff until I started drinking half-gallons of the stuff to saty awake during my aafternoon classes. Ever since, it takes a half-cup of coffee to get me wired.
Also, you might want to try caffinated candy. Jolt Gum is good, and it has a lot of caffiene with very little sugar. (2pcs=1 cup of coffee. 1 packadge=WHEE!) A buddy of mine once managed to get life to run at five frames per second a while ago, although you're usually to jittery to do much if something's flying at you.
