If there's a Tylenol AM, the Tylenol people are unaware of it.

Tylenol AM / Day formulas are there on Tylenol's site...they pretty much have the same formularies as far as putting tylenol along with a simple OTC allergy, cold, sinus ingredient.

There is a Tylenol PM. There is no Tylenol AM.

The Tylenol AM formulas are the 'day' ones / non-drowsy.

Like I said, most here are incapable of fielding this question.

Calculator83,

If you feel high, just remember that you've taken a drug. Do you have a "guide," someone with you who has taken this drug before? You might be able to talk to them to allay some of your fears.

They might help you to explain your distorted perceptions, both visual and auditory. They might be able to talk you down. Just remember, you told us you've taken a drug. A call to a drug help hotline might allow you to set aside some of your fears.

If at any time it seems all too much, it might be wise to check in at an emergency room.

There is day time Tylenol that just doesn't make you drowsy. There isn't any stimulant in it... it just lacks ingredients that may make you tired.

Tylenol PM has diphenhydramine (Benadryl) in it. It's an antihistamine, makes people sleepy often.

OP is either a troll or has a placebo effect.

The solution is to drink more on a daily basis. This will cause a build up of tolerance, which is good for you, and a better chance of you posting more interesting stories about yourself, which is good for us. Thanks.

noice

I'm not sure what a troll is either, But This thread hasn't answered my question yet. I'm just really excited for the next dose in 4 more hours. LOL

exactly which Tylenol did you have? There is no "Tylenol AM". However, the Tylenol Sinus Daytime tablets, and the other 'Daytime' specific variants, have ingredients like phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine for older or non-Tylenol variants. Pseudoephedrine has minor CNS stimulant effects, whereas phenylephrine really shouldn't have any CNS stimulant effect.

I think it's a placebo effect for you, because unless you are more specific about what exactly you took (care to possibly just list ingredients on the box/bottle?), it sounds like there should be nothing in it that'd act as a stimulant. Caffeine isn't in any Tylenol preparation AFAIK.

BTW I had no idea WTF Tylenol was either. Turns out it's just paracetamol. I Googled Tylenol AM and got this 😛

You make me wonder if the OP is some sort of a super-metabolizer. There was a breast feeding mother who took a Tylenol with codeine. Because she was a super-metabolizer, her body broke the codeine down to its primary component, morphine. The baby got a good dose of morphine through her breast milk.
