Nice update OP! Always satisfying completing a big project like that, and it's all the more sweeter that it was new territory and you learned something new!

Contrary to popular belief though, doing you're own work isn't always cheaper. Next thing you know you'll have a project car that's totally unnecessary and spending money on it anyway. :awe:

Hahahah...all too true....but it's still cheaper than paying someone else to do the work to the project car! ;)

I found a '00 Celica GT with 195k on it for $2500 OBO "must sell by Friday"...I really don't need another car, but it would be fun to play with.

nice update, rocks that you did all that yourself!

Can't take all the credit, my cousin helped tremendously. A job like this, it helps to have 2 people. Especially to take the hood off and put the engine in.
