Am I ever going to learn how to socially interact with people?

Stop worrying about it so much and just be a jerk to people. Say what you feel when you feel it and stop being soo nervous. Don't worry about what people may say about you.

So should I just go out and live life and learn, and never ever post any questions on forums again?
never post any questions, ever, about anything?

instead just repeatedly hastling friends and people I know, about these things, until they are sick of me? you call that a good answer instead?

like I cannot find the line of when I am being too forward or too socially awkward, how am I supposed to learn this?

So you're not shy, you just feel awkward, huh.. tough situation.. Look people in the eyes and try to guage things better.
At the next party, get a freind to take a video of you or just tell them to observe you closely... lol
Then talk about how messed up you are and how you can improve.

"... talk about how messed up you are..." hahaha 😀

If you spend less time on ATOT (I am serious), and more time around peers in real social situations, as well as _observe and replicate_ how the successful ones interact, you'll do much better. A big key is give the impression that you're having a good time, are easy going, and feel perfectly comfortable. Fake it as best as possible and eventually you will no longer be faking it. I know adults past my age who still act, frankly, retarded in social situations. i can't help but wonder if they have every tried thinking how others are perceiving what they're saying - like this one guy at work who tells everyone about his divorce and other various problems, or always goes on about himself. Nobody really cares to hear that stuff.

Like anything else, learn by doing: in other words, you make mistakes, correct, and do better next time.
Everybody will get better with practice, but some have an inborn talent for this sort of thing.

Get out amoungest ,em. Accept being laughed at. Do not take yourself
or life too seriously, none of us are going to get out of it alive 😀
Avoid P&N 😉. For pre-Oprah, read Carl Rogers, On Becoming A Person.
It is still a highly reguarded book.
