I made a post about a sublease and haven't gone three inquiries about it over the past month. I've responded to all of them promptly, but I have never gotten a reply back. Did everyone just lose interest immediately?
 
What SociallyChallenged said. Whenever I am offering something on craigslist I delete my original posting and repost it to the top at least twice a week.

also take into account that those looking into your sublease are also exploring several other options. I hate when I get in contact with people, and then they suddenly disappear. I try to inform everyone when I'm on the other side of the coin, but you can't always do that--too many options.

Patience.
 
If you need out soon you may have to throw in something that will help get somebody to chose yours over other options. Maybe you pay some of their first month or something to get them in the door.
