Am I being too impatient? Trading question

If on Friday someone said they were shipping something to me and I pm'd them for the "delivery confirmaton" number they agreed to use, and I've noticed that they have been online Friday, and Saturday - then on Saturday I ask again via pm, and I noticed they've been on Sunday and they still haven't answered - am I weird to think something is up? Or should I just be patient? I just pm'd again 'apologized' for being impatient (in case that I am) and restated that I need the number so I can be around when it gets here. . .


I never really get what to do in these situation. If I were a seller, I'd respond. I could see being away - and if that were the case I wouldn't feel weird - but when people log on and ignore pm's then do it twice. . .. well I hope you get what I'm saying.

How do you feel about that?

quit stalking them. They'll get back to you when they do. It doesnt matter anyway since delivery confirmation does not tell you when the item will arrive. If they did use delivery confirmation, then priority mail takes 2-3 days typically.

Actually, they are quite consistent where I live scanning the DC at the closests metro city the day before it gets here. I'd say it has almost been 100% correct.

You got your answer, but in the future keep in mind that just because it says they're logged in, they might not be there. I regularly have 3 computers running, and odds are there's a browser opened with me logged into Anandtech. I might be at the store, at my moms, or in another state at a festival. You can't always judge by the little lightbulb ;^)

I wasn't looking at the lightbulb - rather the 'last visited' when you click on the username, and I waited a whole day after I pm'd each time . . .

I'll be patient though 🙂
