Am I beginning to suffer from insomnia, or is it the heat?

Well, now since its 3:39 AM PST here... and I'm up... I'm having some issues lol...

Usually my summer routine is.

Sleep at 2 or 3 AM, wake up at 10 or 11 AM.
But currently I've been awakening at around 8 AM or 9 AM..

So I decide, I'll sleep at 10 PM, I sleep for only 4 hours... Tried for another hour to sleep, and now I'm on the computer... It is hot here (around 80-85) inside my house...

So would you think its the heat or is insomnia beginning to take place?

He most likely doesn't.
I found that it is a lot harder for me to get worn out in the summer for some reason. Over the weekend I was on a backpacking trip at altitudes from 8000-10000 feet. I was carrying a 20+lb pack and hiking 8-10 miles a day. I somehow couldn't manage to fall asleep (even though I was doing something that took a LOT of physical energy)

I don't think you have insomnia, I just think you have an absolutely terrible sleeping pattern. Want to fix it? Stay up all night and don't go to bed, then make sure you stay up all day, by 10pm tomorrow you should be tired. Go to sleep and set an alarm so that you DON'T oversleep. And then stick to that schedule every night. Done.

man i don't get enough sleep. i skateboard hardcore for like two hours every day after work. i think i might take a break from it tonight. i need to go to bed at like 10pm.
