Stainless steel, automatic lid opening, 14.5 gallons bitches! Got it on sale from Costco for $40.

So, am I baller, or am I ballest?

I've had one for years. The joke's on us though as these things eat batteries and they are typically C cells. There is a cost of ownership associated with owning one of these things.

We named ours Bob ...

My trashcan looks like this...

I got it out of a container somewhere. Cost, $0; anti-baller

I'm sure the ladies love that!

Awesome idea, though.

How many promising encounters have fallen to ashes when the maiden fair has set eyes upon the hopeful one's inadequate trashcan? A warning to us all, to be sure.

If that's his trash can, his coffee table might be couple of sawhorses and a sheet of plywood.

... which sounds kinda awesome, actually.

I used to have an ammo crate coffee table. That was one of my favorite pieces of furniture, but I got married, and the ex didn't think it was respectable enough I guess :^D

I had the complete milk crate living room set and bedroom suite. My wife still married me.

LOL! I think we have the same trashcan. Downside is that it takes 8 AA batteries, and they only last about 6 months. Also, the edges on the top make it difficult to remove the trash bags because it gets stuck underneath.

OMG no, you are never supposed to put batteries in the trash can!

I packed all my daughter's jul gifts in crates like these...

I got four or five of them, and stained them chestnut. Figured she could use them for hauling crap to school, and stack them for ghetto shelving. Cats have the right idea. There isn't much better in life than a plain box. It's a vessel of endless possibility.

Tell her she was right and then upgrade to the Mosin coffee table!

This is why you build a man cave. Let her sissyfy the house, but stay the hell away from my cave! *beats chest*

Actually, I'm quite good at coordination and color matching, etc. I was always well dressed in school and my mom let me pick out my own clothes. I have a strong creative/art side. So when I do things I add class. Perhaps more so than a woman.

I hear Libras are like this. Fuck if I know.
