Here's my situation...

I've been considering listing my Dreamcast in FS/FT, but one of my Favorite Games (and many others favorite as well)... Soul Caliber wont play in the system for some reason (must be a small scratch or something).

If i sell the original game with the system, am i allowed to include the "backup" along with it?

yes that's legal as long as you don't have a backup of your own for personal use without the orignal liscense of use. in which case the liscense owner is partly responsible for allowing illegal copies to be made.(from a lawyers point of view.)

Don't forget to contact Sega as well as the software makers and notify them of the transfer of the hardware and licenses to another person. :)

An interesting situation. It would "seem" that everything would be kosher taking this approach. I can't see why it wouldn't.
