Am I able to make my website a drive on my computer?

I also use my website as a repository to store notes that can be accessible anywhere.

I would like to drag and drop my notes, etc... into a drive in my explorer window instead of lauching fileZilla ftp.

how can I do this?
 
in a sense, you could setup a web server and with apache or IIS(not sure about others) there is a web page directory. So as long as you have everything setup properly you could make your notes html doc's (change the extension) and save them in the website directory. or possibly publish the directory with IIS(and I'm sure others, I've only done this with IIS though) and you would have access to the files themselves rather than the files as webpages.
