Oh wow. Blackberries are used extensively in my company. I'm supposed to get one myself.
This may change things. 😛

Nothing wrong about getting excited about that. I get excited about major service pack updates all the time. Though I don't share your excitment about that particular update as I don't use exchange in any way shape or form.
