A few thots, and I"m gonna jump around here so bear with me, I haven't really made up my mind either way yet so... First, I was reading that OPEC suppliers have recently more than doubled their supplies of oil to the US. This is to make up for South American countries that are on strike and producing nothing. So that means that yes, not all middle eastern folks are bad/greedy/insane zealots.
Second, and I ask this honestly, how can the war help our economy that much? This is supposed to be (if we go in) a lickety split quck like as$ kicking that will be over before we know it. So it's not like in WWI and WWII that went on for years and created scores of jobs and industries and shortages. And third speaking of money and economies, don't any of you think about how much this war is going to cost us in not just lives. God knows that cost is too much no matter how few folks die or are injured. But I'm talking about something that this may sound heartless, but burns my balls all the time, the cost of the US paying to rebuild the countries we go in and hammer on. It has happened time and time again and has cost billions of dollars in aide. Not to mention Turkey's lame as$ fee for setting up camp there. Opportunistic bastards. THAT F'in pisses me off. The more I think about it, I'd like us and the rest of the world to step back and let all the crazy as$ religious zealots blow themselves all to hell. What kind of crazy as$ religion can people believe in that they would believe if they bomb buses and buildings etc. they will be rewarded in the after life. That is what drives me nuts the most.
Also, if the US does have such good proof, and as much as I hate to say it, put your money where your mouth is. So far I haven't seen anything that concrete. Ya, Colin Powel rattled off some sh!t, but c'mon, it wasn't all taht convincing when you are talking about a reason for war. I dont' know...just rambling here.
