Always Open Specific Website via VPN or Proxy

So I would like to always open a specific website using VPN or a Proxy. Ideally this would be like a browser extension or another browser (I dont mind using a separate browser for this) so that the process is simple. Basically I just want to open the site and have the browser ensure that its accessed via VPN or through a proxy.

Does anyone know of a convenient / friction free way to do this?

Store the url of site somewhere on the SSD/HD and make a link Icon to it on the desktop, or the Start menu.

Configure a portable version of a Browser to just do your VPN capacity, then config the url icon to be opened by the VPN config browser.

@JackMDS thanks, this could work. I'm assuming this requires forcing Chrome to use VPN (step #2) - how would I do that?

Opera comes with built-in VPN.

You need to school yourself on VPNs, there are difference between free and for pay.

A an example the Opera with VPN the mentioned above is easy to use but it considered not as secure as real VPN.

As you can read in the link above,
