Always having to refresh

It seem like every time I get on the Internet the page loads but not all the way. Ex. AnandTech loads but the Icons are X's until I hit f5 any Ideas?

Hi, is it IE? check for spyware first, run hijack this...second: repair/reinstall IE

How do you reinstall IE? I have Spybot and Ad-Aware, I have never use Hijack this. Is it better?

I think I fixed it..Has to do with Java, was not checked in options..
