A friend of mine just got a new dell laptop and this happens to her using both firefox and ie. I haven't had a chance to physically look at the problem myself and can't think of anything that would cause it. Any ideas?
 
My machine at home just started doing this about a week ago. I'm leaning toward the DSL modem or the router but haven't checked anything yet.
