You missed the important part. Showing porn to someone that doesn't want to see it.

I find it hard to believe that anyone thinks that is acceptable behavior.

btw, my opinion has nothing to do with politics and I'm not commenting about this particular incident which I know nothing about.

So they can charge this guy but they can't stop those assholes who make porn stuff pop up on your screen while surfing, redirect you to a porn site, porn advertising on a site with no warning, unsolicited porn email, etc...??? I would actually be impressed if they arrested some of those assholes who show porn to millions who (potentially) don't want to see it, including minors but some other asshole shows it to one non-minor female and he gets charged with a crime?

Man, thats some buuullsheit.

From the other thread:

I'm still waiting for someone to accuse the R's dirty tricks squad of framing him for the porn thing to 'protect' their candidate. :awe:

Kinda hard to do unless someone is a major idiot... oh wait this is P&N I am sure someone will. :awe:

Normally there is no way that Alvin Greene or any democrat could win a major State wide race in a red red State, but is Greene can make total monkeys out of the prosecutors over a clearly politically motivated porn charge, Greene might just stand a chance of winning.

WINNER!!! :awe:

And oh by the way... what kind of crack are you smoking? Alvin Green isn't capable of making a monkey out of anyone but himself. I'm still shocked that he managed to win a primary... who the hell was he running against? Jessee Helms' ghost?
