Aluminum 80mm fan?

Anyone know of any good (quiet, good flow) aluminum 80mm fans? I want a chrome look and think this is the only way to accomplish this. Don't want to spend too much either as I don't need a computer that has negative decibels as some are after 🙂 . Thanks. Also can anyone suggest a decent glossy white case they've seen (pref. with side window) ?
