Since that's not going to happen, I suspect that in his head every race gets certain number of points to put towards attributes like some kind of RPG game. Presumably according to the pic, darkies put their points towards running faster, while whitey wisely put theirs toward smarts. That does makes sense in a sort of way, though not really because it doesn't explain his situation, since I doubt he runs fast.
