Which one would you buy ?

Accord hands down. I wouldn't be caught dead in a gayltima.

If only we had a forum for discussing the relative merits of different cars.

Altima because they've come a long way and I'm bored of Accords after 3. Otherwise in the same "class" I'd get the new Maxima... it looks great in person.

I just test drove a fully loaded 2009 Maxima and I loved it.
Wish I could afford the damn thing.

I cant stand how they made the Maxima taillights in the back. It just looks stupid.

I like t hem both. after 5 Accords i think i would go witha Maxima. i have had good luck with nissans.


I have owned a lot of cars. oddly the worst car i have ever owned was a 92 Accord. i had more trouble with that car. but also my favorite (not counting sports cars) was my 88 accord. i liked the looks and how it drove.

Maxima is not in the same class at all...

Between the two, I prefer the Accord. Altima is a good deal but I haven't been to fond of Nissan since 2003.
