Alternatives to Pandora?

Anyone know of any decent alternatives to Pandora Internet Radio? Pandora is great and all but are there any others, perhaps some that don't require the browser to remain open while using their free service?

Whoa Slacker is a win.
Has a few artists I couldn't find on Pandora and I can ban artists I don't like sweet...

Jango sucks though :X

Yahoo music used to be awesome, its meh now. You dont have to confirm your email address for a pandora account, so when you run out of time just create a new one.

I listen to music while I game.
Firefox will continue to eat ram while just sitting there doing nothing...
I stripped my machine of IE and I'm lazy to install chrome.

For now I guess the trim on minimize for firefox will have to do...
 
Slacker on BB is very good. Well, the software is horrible, but it can preload the stations onto an SD card. I work is a building with no cell signal and streaming is blocked on the work computers, so without slacker I would have no radio-type option at all.

Oh, maybe actual FM radio, but the stations here suck and have tons of commercials.
