Alternative place to buy network cables?

With Monoprice still down and looking to be down for another couple weeks, I would really like to get a hold of a 14ft. Cat 6 cable for later this week. Bluejeanscable doesn't sell such things and cablestogo wants nearly a dollar a foot!

Is there any other site out there with the cheapness from monoprice that we all know and love?

Definitely need connectors attached. An entire patch cable in other words. I'd just make it myself but this is going into a business. First step in knowing the network is good is knowing that the network cable is good. I can be much more sure of that if its a premade cable rather than crimping my own.

I found DeepSurplus.com before I knew about monoprice. They've been a good resource for me, but IIRC, they have a minimum order. (but you also get free candy with every order!)
