Hello All,
I manage a salesteam for a healthcare company. The majority of our presentations are done over the web. We have been using Webex for awhile but consistantly run into problem.
The first is that the physicians are using somewhat dated machines so they have issues getting the active X controllers installed.
The second is that sometimes the physicians are part of a hospital system and using their machines. Since they do not have administrative rights, they are unable to download and install any additional items (such as activeX, or other apps)
I have tried other solutions such as GoToMYPC, etc... with limited success. GotoMyPC is much easier for the physicans to install and use but doesnt help with problem 2.
We just partnered with a company that will physically be in the office with the physicians for the presentation. Is there anything I can give them on a thumbdrive or CD that doesn't require the physician to install anything on his machine but will allow the physician to view a remote presentation?
Would the thumbdrive version of Firefox resolve these issues? Should I just put VNC on the disk and have them VNC into a demo machine? Does anyone else have any other suggestions?
Any help would be greatly apprecaiated.
