Alternative for MS Exchange global address book?

We have about 20 workstations on an NT4 server (P3-700). Our mail server is mDaemon. Though we would consider replacing mDaemon, what we really need is Exchange's Global Address Book.

Is there an alternative piece of server software that does this?

Regards,
Craig

ldap is what will do that (it's what exchange's global address list is based on, in a M$ kinda way)

does the company that makes mdaemon, offer an ldap add on?
you might still be able to get a free ldap server from Eudora. it runs on windows.
