ALT Keys Not Working

Switch Hitter software, huh? Sounds like a porno website. Anyway, I contacted the eBay seller and he gave me a full refund and didn't ask for the keyboard back, so I'm guessing I'm not the first one with this issue. I emailed Ajazz in China, but I don't think I'm going to get much action there.

It's advertised as a "gaming keyboard" and has a bunch of Function(FN) keys and the ALT keys work with regular keys(like ALT+ENTER), but not the number pad keys for special characters. I would venture to guess that many of the gamer-type users would never use the ALT keys for special characters.

Too bad, this is a really nice lighted keyboard with a nearly mechanical feel to it and very solidly built.
