ALT key stuck?

Hello,
I seem to be having trouble with my alt key becoming stuck after usage. If I hold or press my alt key too many times repeatedly, it becomes stuck, not physically, but if I am top click on something, it opens the properties, not the requested program. The only way to get in is if I right click and press open. Also, when I type it brings up alt + key shortcuts. Anyone have a fix for this? Thanks in advance!

I know this, but how do I disable this? I checked and my sticky keys are turned off... Does it have to do with my new keyboard? It never happened before but ever since I got my new keyboard, Razer Blackwidow Ultimate, it has been doing it a lot. I uninstalled the drivers and it's still doing it and no where I've checked has a solution :|
