I learned that while typing up a lab report for a chem class. I don't know why I've never forgotten it.

how do you type that? hold in alt and type 0222? that doesnt work for me

Use the 10 key pad, not the numbers over the letters.

you mean people actually use those numbers over the letters? eww

Only the 31337.

Ever seen someone proficient with the 10 key pad use it? I was good at it for a while, but damn some people have skills.

I use the number pad exculsively. I cannot stand laptop keyboards for this reason. I'm a cashier at a grocery store and it would be a pain typing UPCs in without knowing the numberpad by heart.

My bad, I read your other post wrong... :(

I use them occassionally, but only for short numbers.
