Here are some requirements:

-less than 6lbs
-at least 14.1"
-at least 32mb 3d video (not shared memory)
-less than 1.2 inches thick
-dvd/cdrw

So.. what is the latest and greatest?

Although I am a PC only user, it would have to be a 15" Powerbook if you keep within your 6 lb limit, though I personally think that the 17" powerbook is the sexiest. :)

Tough to dispute either of your choices - the Macs are plainly the sexiest.

My Powerbook is the sexiest. :D

5.4 lbs
15.2" Wide display
64MB Radeon 9000
1" thin
DVD-R / CD-R/W

I have 1GB of RAM and run XP in Virutal PC if I ever need to run Windows.

A powerful CPU ,say Pentium M 1.6G
512M DDR
60G
at least 32M independent Video output
12"
3.6 pounds or light/1" or thiner

.
A little odd? Yes. I am using a 14" one.But it's too heavy and too big to me.I fell even enormous.Because I am going to carry it everywhere. But I had no choice. That time when I was deciding , I had to choose between light and powerful. And I chose poweful.
Owning a not only poweful but light-and-thin laptop is always my dream.

The PowerBook is easily the sexiest. Not even those silly new Centrinos can match up. :)

Give the PC makers time though, and they'll copy it good.

I really like my Powerbook 12... it's damned sexy. IMO, there's not a PC notebook that can touch it in the looks dept (or any other for that matter, really). :D

I can vouch for Compaq Evo as well as ibooks I own both very sleek and sexy.

Of course if your trying to pick up girls with your notebook I think you would have to paste like Leanardo Decaprio over the case and suddenly it's the chick-magnet. Of course then you just look gay, but girls seam to like that.

The 17" is too big IMO, my friend has one and it's just ridiculous. It doesn't even fit in normal bags and they could have done so much better with the keyboard.

Well, it's not exactly as performant as 32 MB of dedicated video, but still, I'd say the sexiest, hands down, is Fujitsu P series
I mean, look at the size and the specs... 12 hours of life on a battery? widescreen? and SMALL !!!
