Alright, I'm prepared for the scorn...what do I need to run ASP.NET code?

I get the general idea behind .NET (I think), but how do I start writing and testing asp.net code? I have NT Server with IIS installed. Will that work? Do I need another kind of server. I have regular ASP working just dandy, but I haven't been able to find any clear information on what exactly is required to run asp.net code. And how does the downloadable framework fit into all this?

As already stated all you need now is the .Net Framework which can be downloaded from microsoft's website.

Out of curiosity since I'm not going to be able to install it till tomorrow morning. How will it look when it's successfully installed? Will it be part of IIS?

Oh, and thanks.
