22.3

I'm 5'11, 160lbs...

Maybe I have heavy bones or something. I'm really skinny, people are always blown away at how much I weigh (yes, I know its not a lot, but it seems like a lot when you see me)

~24 (5'10" @ 168lbs)

I'm nearing the overweight mark which I think is crap. I've seen guys who are shorter than me but all muscle at 170-180lbs... their BMI would be 26-27. These are great athletes too... no way they're "overweight".

That thing is BS. I am nearly underweight by every other standard. 5'8" 137lbs

Err, I'm 5'7" 133 and don't consider myself even close to underweight. If anything I could drop some body fat.

203 lbs

Bull crap....I'm certainly not overweight by any means if I tighten up my abs my ribs start to show...

23.6 down from 28.0

I'm 5'11 and was 201lbs and I was definitely way overweight, probably close to obese. Now I'm done just under 170 and feel a lot better but wouldn't mind losing another 5-10 lbs.

I?m 20.5

I am doing a test to see if we match what ? The specialists? say.

EDIT: I did standard not metric.

That is completely useless. It tells you nothing, since it doesn't account for how much muscle you have.

Mine is 29.0

5'7" 185lbs.

BMI is crap.

from that same link...
"BMI is a reliable indicator of total body fat, which is related to the risk of disease and death. The score is valid for both men and women but it does have some limits. The limits are:

It may overestimate body fat in athletes and others who have a muscular build."

BMI sucks. I'm 6'6", 210, and very close to being "overweight".. riiiight. Not even close. I cant be certain but my bodyfat % is probably single digit. The best way to know if you are overweight is to look in the mirror.

For sure...this "test" is a load of crap. It doesn't take into account people who may be heavy due to muscle vs. fat...morons.
