Haha. I never said I couldn't hold the other stuff. I've experimented. Did a shot of Vodka and one of gin (different nights) to try them out. Got em down with a straight face and not much in the way of effects. I like beer better.

no what I meant is don't be one of these dorks that practically cry because Stella or GEEKJUZZ IPA is not on tap even if it's available in a bottle.

Oh no worries there. I see beer like I see pizza. High quality pizza's nice, but even the shitiest pizza is pleasantly edible.
 
Newcastle is delicious, and you can find it in any store.

I avoid most domestic "name brand" brews like Miller, Bud, Coors, etc like the plague. They're disgusting.
 
I just don't understand the hate for domestics. My favorite beer is an Import but the Domestics are perfectly fine. I guess it's just the beer snob people that speak down on them.

I understand that you are in still college, but one day you will have a beer paradigm shift from quantity to quality beers.

You are right I think. I used to drink them all the time before I knew any better, so I guess I'm a slight 'beer snob'...but nothing crazy or anything. I just always heard that I would laugh at domestics once I tasted some higher quality beer, and it's true. I'll have one every now and then, but I usually stray away.
 
If you feel like something sugary, get a Woodchuck. Not so sugary? Get Woodchuck 802.

I went to a bar called The Tap Room. 60 beers on tap. Went through most of them before I found what I like (and what I don't).

there are alot of great domestic beers. the macrobrew domestics you guys are probably speaking about (bud, miller, coors) are all terrible. they do make some good brews, but those ones are just bad..
