Alpha PAL8045 + Panaflo FBA08A12L... Best Overclock?

I need some advice from the fellow AT'ers...

I currently have an Alpha PAL8045 and Panaflo FBA08A12L (24 CFM)...
I have not yet bought a processor yet, but plan to get a XP2000+.

My ideal system would be very quiet (that's why I got the Panaflow).
But I would like to atleast get the equilvant of a XP2000+ if I decide to buy a lower end model (ie XP1900+ and below).

Well, my question is if I get a XP1900+ and slap my Alpha PAL8045 (with the Panaflo fan) and overclock (by changing the FSB; because I rather not deal with unlocking the processor), will I be able to acheive that with reaching serious tempatures?

Thanks for any replies...

oh this is my fault, but i forgot to mention i wish to have a quiet system (hence the reason for the panaflow). sorry for the misconception. my ears definitely cannot handle any delta 'screamer' noise =P

i just would like to know if its possible to oc the XP1900+ (factory locked) by up'n the fsb to reach XP2000+ while still managing stable tempatures on my alpha pal 8045/panaflo?? if not, ill just go with the XP2000+ cpu...

naw... i saw in your first post that you wanted a quiet system... i'm just saying that for the best results a delta is the way to go... if you post this question in Cases and Cooling you might get a little more help as for the fan and how it will keep cool
