Alpha PAL8045, does it fit on Epox 8K5A2+/8K5A3+?

As subject. I have a Alpha PAL8045 on a TBird 1.33GHz now, been reading that the Epox boards are good for overclocking, can I use the HSF on their boards?

Yes they do fit. I have an Alpha PAL 8045 installed on my 8K5A2+.

Are there any surface mount components on the back of the 8K5A2+ board that could come in contact with the nuts when tightening as has been the case with other motherboards?
