Alpha or Swiftech for 8RDA?

Looking at some HSF's for my friend, he wants to use the mounting holes instead of the clips.

I know the Thermalright SLK800 takes the crown for the best, but as I said earlier, he wants to use the mounting holes.

I am confident that the Swiftech and Alpha are very close to each other for 2nd place. But I'm not sure which is better, or even, due to the sizes, which will fit the motherboard.

Hes going to be cooling an AthlonXP1700+ Palimino (AGOIA) on a Epox 8DRA (Nforce2) mobo.

Which HSF?

I am looking at the AlphaPAL 8045, Swiftech MCX462+ and the Swiftech MCX462-U.

Suggestions?

I have the PAL8045 on my 8RDA+. I did snip a little bit off the edge of one of the plastic washers that go between the motherboard and the aluminum standoffs, since there was a surface-mounted resistor that the plastic washer was going to lay against slightly.
