The National Labor Relations Board that is resoinsible for all complaints of violations of tens of millions of workers' rights is down to one of five members and that one expires soon.

Republicans have blocked all appointments and are blocking Obama's appointmet of five new members, even though it's three Democrars and two Republicans. No rights soon.

That sucks for the truck driver specially since he was getting away. If it was hollywood he would have survived.

As far as worker safety i hear thousands die in Chinese coal mines because they do not have a tenth of the safety that we have in the US. But they have so many people they do not need safety, sadly.
