Almost done upgrading... but what video card should I get?

Antec Sonata
BFG 6800GT
17 Viewsonic LCD 6 bit

New System:
E6600 (Stock)
Asrock 775 Dual VSTA
SuperTalent DDR2-PC5300 667MHZ
BFG6800GT
20.1 2007WFP LCD
500W Enhance 5150gh


I know the 6800gt will be a bottleneck at 1680x1050 resolutions in gaming. I don't need bleeding edge- just something that will perform smoothly at native resolution. I was thinking of picking up an x1950xt. Any suggestions?

How much you looking to spend for a video card? Can get the new 8800GTS 320mb cards for $275-300.

up to $250. I was interested in the 8800GTS, but unfortunately the asrock mb doesn't support the 8800 series.

Why does it not support the 8800 series? Long as it has PCI-E it should or with a BIOS flash it should.

If you can find an ATI X1950XT 512MB for $250US (Sapphire maybe) that would be the next best in terms of price/performance after the 8800GTS 320meg in the 250-300 price range.
