About a 6months ago i started having chest pains. I talked to my doctor and he explained to me that i should seriously consider changing my eating habits. The fact of the matter was i rank about 1 litre of cola a day + bags of chips. Not good. I had to find something that would taste good and wouldn't take long to prepare.
I had found almonds. Whilst surfing the web i found an interesting article on the Power of Almonds (WHFoods - Almonds) The link lacked credibility for me ( For health facts you gotta go with the government or health organizations). So i went to the Canadian living website and they had a little information on them to so i decided to go with it.
What did i do? Well now when i raid in wow, i keep a bowl of roasted almonds with me. I prefer them roasted then raw. I roast them at home to avoid anything entering them. They taste great. You can have my guarantee on that =D.
Well anyways, i thought id share this. I hope i helped this reduces the risks for many diseases. BTW if you have bladder issues id advise not eating these alot. "Almonds are high in oxalates, which can cause problems with the kidney and gallbladder and interfere with calcium absorption." - Canadian Living.
Ciao!
