That's not the entire show, it is only The Best of the Wonder Years & The Christmas Wonder Years: The Holiday Episodes.

Chances are you will never see it "officially" released on DVD because of the music rights . Same way with Ally McBeal, yes it was released in Europe but I do not believe that the original music from the original broadcasts were left intact.

Anytime you have a show that has a lot of popular music in it like WKRP, China Beach, AllyMcbeal or The Wonder Years the whole music rights issue come into play and creates so many complications that sometimes studios just do not want to waste time doing a relase. I have not seen it, but I believe the official release of "Married with Children", does not contain the original intro song from the original broadcasts. Can anyone verify?

QFT. For some TV shows that had a minimum of popular copyrighted music, the studios have redubbed the soundtracks to include non-copyrighted music. Shows like WKRP just had too much copyrighted music in them to be redubbed and released on DVD.

Movie studios too cheap? RIAA too greedy? You decide!

it has nothing to do with the RIAA.
