War in afghanistan and iraq is just wrong, what make some of you so sure that what bush doing is right?
Prior to 2001, I thought they were our friend, now they are our enemy? WTF is going on?

For those who loves war so much, why don't you just leave the peace loving people alone??? what did they do to you?

Seems to me that there are enough War Mongering, Tree Chopping people prosecuting the will of the President's men or handlers already. Failing that they can use the draft to fill the needs.

Besides that, I fight only to win. Economy of effort and all that. Additionally, Iraq and its people are not my primary concern. My energies are best spent playing Sacred or Computer Chess. Oh.. and hugging my tree.

🙂

Are you in Iraq helping nurture poor children? Right now? Otherwise sit down and stfu.

There wouldn't be a humanitarian crisis if we didn't bomb their country to sh!t, so I'm anti-war and I will keep screaming "Bush bloody murder". Secondly, its fvcking dangerous there, aid workers are taken hostage left and right or just plain murdered. It's obvious they don't want us there. So why go?

No humanitarian crisis if we didn't bomb them? If we didn't bomb them the mass graves would still be steadily being filled. I would consider that a humanitarian crisis and with heirs lined up possibly even more brutal then Sadam it would be one that wouldn't be over for many decades instead of one that will likely last 5-10 years.

Only this time we're the ones filling those mass graves. 10,000+ Iraqi civilians have died because of this war. People are dying everyday there. Including almost a thousand of our own men.

Man I wish I lived in your parrellel universe where Saddam's heirs get to be more brutal because they were alive. Alas I don't live in your world.

Bombed to shit? Clearly, you have no concept of what does "bombed to shit" mean, and I truly do hope that you never get into circumstances where you acquire it. Hamburg was bombed to shit. Dresden was bombed to shit. Tokyo, Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed to shit, along with the rest of Japan. Linebacker II qualifies as "bombing to shit", but just barely. The tonnage expended over Iraq is, at most, light harassment raiding by WWII standards.

Keep in mind that if US wanted to just walk over Iraq and take the oil, they could have - exterminating the majority of Iraq's population is well within capabilities of US military, and it'd certainly be cheaper than OIF... yet it wasn't done, however much liberasts of Moore's ilk would like you to believe it was.

Them there graves are filled with different folks is all.
The problem is the legality for the bombing. What authority existed for the US to invade Iraq to effect this humanitarian adventure?
In any event, a bit of humanitarian effort here at home wouldn't hurt either. How about we allocate 200 billion for the homeless and hungry and let the Iraqi deal with the Iraqi.

We might as well have just shot them in the face.

Intentionally or unintentionally, ten thousand Iraqis and almost a thousand of our own men are DEAD because of some lies, distortion, and outright incompetence. This war will cost of us HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars that could have been better spent somewhere else.

The real cost of this war is that the world now mistrusts us, Iraq probably would break out into civil war there will be eve MORE suffering than under Saddam and it could possibly destabilize the entire region.

No one remembers Afghanistan taught, remember when we helped them against the Soviet oppression? We then abandoned them to civil war, famine, etc. They've become a hotbed of terrorism.
Same thing could very well happen to Iraq.

I'll go, right after congress sends their kids. us unwashed masses are not disposable. Oh and I will never join the organization that killed many of my fathers, and used biological warfare against them, the US Army. Custer was a bitch, and war criminal.

First make us afraid, then offer to protect us, then go in and make war, then take the oil and say "its for their own good"
